Friday Mashup

This is the card I've done for the Friday Mashup blog this week. It's a simple sketch, that anyone can follow along with, especially if you like quick and easy cards. I thought it was a wonderful one. Anyone who knows me, knows that I will need a lot of Christmas Cards this year, I already have one order that is 100 cards and another for 25, and that doesn't count the one show that I already said I would do in Nov, which last year I had about 40 cards there and ran out in the first hour. So I will need lots for it, even though it is only a 3 hour show. So I'm doing a few Christmas cards a week. So this is one of the many.
Items used.
Stamps: Delightful Decorations
Card Stock: Cherry Cobbler, Very Vanilla, Old Olive
Accessories: Holly Jolly Designer Series Paper, Scalloped border Punch, lace ribbon, glimmer brad, linen thread for hanger on ornament

Snowflakes again

Here is another card using Snowflakes, I liked how the first one turned out, but wanted to take the card up a notch, so this is what I came up with. I like the ornament done in the crumb cake ink, kind of reminds me of the brushed gold ornaments you can buy in the store. I'll also add this into the Winter Wonderland Challenge
Items Used:
Stamps: Serene Snowflakes, Short and Sweet
Inks: Night of Navy, Crumb Cake
Card Stock: Night of Navy, Crumb Cake, Whisper White
Accessories: Jewel Brad, Northern Flurries Die, Big Shot, Night of Navy 5/8 in Satin Ribbon, glue dots,

Snowflake Wonder

Here is a card I did for the challenge at Winter Wonderland, The theme for this week is snowflakes, which I love to use on Christmas cards. I made the ornament by making a stencil with the ornament punch onto a post it note. Sponged on the color, then stamped the snowflake onto it. It was sponged with Marina Mist and Bashful blue. After the layer was done, I sprayed it with Vanilla Smooch, but really hard to pick up in the photo, but it is very shimmery in real life.
Items Used:
Stamps: Serene Snowflakes Tree Trimming, All Holidays
Card stock: Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Marina Mist
Ink: Marina Mist, Bashful Blue, Crumb Cake
Accessories: Ornament Punch, vanilla smooch

Winter Wonderland

This is the card I did for the challenge formally known as Tues. Taggers, now known as Try it on Tuesday, and Die Cut Dreams Christmas,
the challenge this week was to be inspired by a song, I can think of a couple with this card, White Christmas by Bing Crosby, or Winter Wonderland sung by many artists. Also for Craft us Crazy which is anything to do with Nature, I think this fits.
