Cracked Glass at Come and Get it

Over at Come and Get It this week the technique that Leslie chose was Cracked Glass. This is my card for it. I used the Welcome Christmas set. I stamped it in Soft Suede on Very Vanilla. I then used 3 layers of Thick embossing powder over it and heated each layer, then after the third layer I put one more on and while I was heating it I added some champagne glass glitter. Once that was done I waited for it to go to room temperature and the layers of the embossing powder that was melted cracks to give you the look of Cracked Glass. I then bordered it in Soft suede, and Cherry Cobbler. The base of the card is Soft Sued, on that is a layer of Crumb Cake, which I distressed the edges of it with Soft Suede, I stamped the greeting and then did the ribbon with the brad.
