Sketch Saturday Challenge

I know I'm into the cupcake mode today Well this was done for Sketch Saturday this week.
Materials used:
Stamps: Stampin up Crazy for Cupcakes
Inks: Orchid Opulence, Pixie Pink, Sakura gelly roll glitter pen, Pilot ink pen 24Kt gold
Embellishments: pink and purple grosgrain ribbon, gold brads
Cuttlebug folder : Argyle
Sizzlets from Stampin Up: Flower Fusion, Little Leaves

411 Stamping Challenge

Each week Stamping 411 gives a sketch challenge, I like there sketches and have fun with them. The card for this challenge I used Crazy for Cupcakes and the new In Colors. I stamped and colored in with markers and watercoloring the cupcake using bermuda bay and melon mambo. the flame I used dusty durango and crushed curry, I used two way glue and cover the icing in glitter. I then made the melon mambo bottom area with my bigshot and the diamond texturz plate and then put stickles on the dots of the grid. Put it all onto a Bermuda Bay card added white ribbon and the sentiment and were done. Thanks for looking.

Ribbon Border Cards

After seeing Julie's card with the bunny and the ribbon border, I just had to give this a try the first one, I didn't like so much because I used the slot punch and I guess it made it too big so the ribbon didn't see as nice, or at least in my opinion.

The first card is made with whisper white and pink passion. The background was made using the flowers from the bird on a branch set and the main image is from Embrace life, It was colored in using prisma markers and the stamp was the same ink as the marker I used.

The second one is stamps used from Crazy for Cupcakes, the background was done using Whisper Violet ink and the cupcake is colored with prisma markers as well. Then I used glue pen and dazzling diamonds glitter for the icing.
