Here is a card I made for this weeks A La Card Monkey Challenge. I wasn't able to do any challenges last week, as I was busy doing a street sale here in Aurora where I live, and then this past weekend I went to a class/seminar put on by the wonderful Heather Summers. It was great we did a number of projects, and I learned a lot while I was there. Anyway this is using some retired designer paper, along with the Birds and Blooms die, which will be retiring at the end of this month. I really like these little flowers, but I guess everything has to have a goodbye at some point. I used Certainly Celery, So Saffron and Pretty in Pink card stock, I inked the edges of the flowers in Regal Rose and Soft Suede to give the flowers a bit more definition, I then put them together using brads from the soft subtle collection.
Thanks for looking.

Men's Card
Here is the card I made for this week's challenge over at a la card monkey. Very Simple Sketch.
I used the Lovely as a Tree set, one of my favorite sets, hope it never retires. It is colored with Chalks. I used the Woodland walk designer paper to go with it. My husband really liked it I guess, cause after I finished it, he decided it would be the perfect card for a colleague of his that is celebrating his birthday this week. Thanks for looking.

Over at a la card monkey Challenge blog I'm a guest designer this week, as my card was picked last week for one of the honorable mentions. So anyway they sent me a sketch and you were to use it along with doing a birthday card, so this is what I created. Go check out the rest of the designs they all turned out great.
Anyway for this card I used, the Create a Cupcake punch and stamp set along with the Celebrations designer series pack of paper. Thanks for looking

Kids Card with a Sketch
Hi Everyone, Kid Card with a Sketch is the theme over at a la card monkey this week and this is my card for this challenge, I started off by getting the color scheme from my color coach, great tool. Then I added the early espresso in there instead of black as I thought it would go better.
I used two stamp sets that work great together, Extreme Elements and Extreme Skateboarder, There are other extreme sports stamps that go great with it as well, as well as a guitar player, very cool. Anyway the colors are
Tempting Turquoise, Old Olive, and Tangerine Tango. Thanks for stopping by.
