Technique Challenge

This is another card I've made using the technique over at Come and Get it Challenges. I used the en francais set for the background and the vintage vogue set for the flower. I'd also like to enter this into the
Paper Players for the Anything Goes Challenge this week.

Paper Players Sketch Challenge

Hi Everyone: This week over at the Paper Players Challenge, they have a sketch to use. It is a nice sketch and the ideas for it are endless. I decided do use the set from the occasions mini, Easter Blossoms, It's not just for Easter, as you can see how I used the branch of flowers from it on this card. I also used the short and sweet set for the sentiment. and the background was embossed with the tulip border embossing folder and then the middle section embossed with finial press embossing folder. I added a couple of butterflies, some bling and I'm done.

Paper Players Color Challenge

Hi Everyone,  When I first looked at these colors shown for the Paper Players Challenge,  I thought of the open seas set and doing a male card, but then I thought I've done that this week, so why not try and use the colors to do a more feminine type of card. So this card is the result of that.  I used the sew suite stamp set along with the in stitches wheel. I also used my mat pack and piercing tool to do the border around the not quite navy card stock and used my gel pen to make the faux stitching. I used the new sizzlets die sweet buttons and my blender pen along with not quite navy ink to color the spool of thread. The ribbon is the Cherry cobbler seam binding ribbon, love this ribbon.
