Whimsical Pinwheels

 The stamp set is Sweets for the Sweet, brand new this year. The pinwheels are stamped then cut out, very easy to cut out as they are pretty well all straight lines. then I added red brads to the centers of them, Stamped the stem on the card stock and added a touch of ribbon, mounted it on Red, then mounted it back on white embossed with polka dots, and stamped with the greeting. I'd like to enter this into the following challenges.
