Mojo Monday

Well that time again to play the Mojo Monday sketch challenge, So here is my sketch using the new abundant hope set, and the words are from a good egg set. I think it is hard to tell but I made the flowers into a 3d image, stamped and colored it 3 times and then took parts out of the last two pictures and used dimensional tape to make it 3d.

Mojo Monday 129

Hi Everyone,
Well its been a glorious spring day here in Aurora, I must say it's put me in a great mood and I came home and looked at the Mojo Monday Sketch and went right to work. I had done a card yesterday, and I used the same stamp and paper I had used in it as I loved the look of it, so decided to do another but incorporate it into the sketch.

Mojo Monday on Saturday

Okay so it is Saturday and no time to do this before now, so now here it is for this weeks Mojo Monday. I used the tutorial at Corie's blog to make the flower, I used Newspaper and crumpled it and then distressed it with close to cocoa then punched it out and followed her directions. I don't have it so you don't see the brad in the middle cause I wanted to see it as it is a beauty, a chocolate chip corduroy button. Then I used the close to cocoa to make the background on the kraft paper which I really like. I used the vine from the vintage vogue and then the rest is pretty self explanatory. Thanks for looking

Mojo Monday 117

Here is my card for the Mojo Monday sketch this week. I used a PB stamp and it was a birthday spring stamp, but I changed it by putting some glitter and flocking on the bottom to create the snow where the flowers are and made the present into colors for Christmas. Anyway thanks for looking. This card also covers the challenge at Moxie Fab world, for all creatures great and small.

Fifth Ave. Floral

For this card I used the lily from the Fifth Ave. Floral set, I just love this set, it is so versatile, I plan on making quite a number of cards with it. Anyway, I stamped the lily on white using Black Stazon, then colored the stamins with marker, and sponged on Pumpkin pie and Summer Sun. I then cut the lily out, the rest is pretty self explanitory, the layout is from Mojo Monday this week, and all products are Stampin up except the snaps, which are from my stash
Thanks for taking a peek.

Easter Wishes

Here is a card I made over the weekend for Easter. I'm in the midst of doing a bunch of cards and things for my open house, which will be after Easter, but I love this little pick up truck and want to showcase it with one of the accessories. So this is what I came up with, maybe I'll do another one before the open house, see what time allows. Anyway, stuff I used to make this card are Old Olive Card Stock, Old olive Patterned paper, Loads of Love stamp set and accessories, old olive ink and I colored the white Taffetta ribbon with ink as well. Also the layout is from
http://www.mojomonday.blogspot.com/ from last Monday. Go check them out if your wanting a layout they post a new one each week. Thanks for stopping by
