Butterflies or Dragonflies

Hi All this is my card for our latest challenge at Come and Get It Butterflies or Dragonflies. As you can see I have the butterflies on my card. This beautiful image is from Fitztown, it is called Fae 8, I have used Promarkers once again to color the image, I've used the floral framelits behind the image, and spellbinders circles to cut it out. I've used paper from a couple of different packages and added the Strawberry Slush ruffled ribbon behind the one. I have added some flowers from my stash and leaves that were punched using the Bird Builder Punch. The greeting is Stampin in Coastal Cabana from the On Your Birthday set.

Day 4 of Christmas in July at Bugaboo - Bingo

Day 3 of the Christmas in July week at Bugaboo calls for a bingo card, so I've made my card using Old World Santa 1, I've colored him with Promarkers, distressed the edges with my distressing tool, and sponged it with Old Olive Ink, I distressed all the paper, which is from my stash then used pearls and lace ribbon to finish off the vintage look. I stamped my greeting from the Winter Post set from Stampin Up onto the card, above the ribbon. So for the bingo I have the middle line of Distress, Red and Green, and Bugaboo Image, or I have the diagonal line of Pearls, Red and Green and Ribbon, or the bottom line of Ribbon, Bugaboo Image, and Sentiment. or the top line if you count the red border

 around the card, Distressing and Pearls. Thanks for looking.

Floral Delights

This week at Crafting for All Seasons, we are sponsored by a day for daises and for my card I am using the digital stamp called flowers in a teacup. I just thought it was so sweet, reminded me of the forget-me-nots that I see outside in the spring growing wild. Anyway I've used Pacific Point and Rose Red along with Garden Green for my color combination. the designer paper is from the woodland walk set from Stampin Up, the flowers were colored with inks and aquapainter, the pearls were added to the flowers, then the dies behind them are the window flameslits from Stampin up then to finish off the card I used the Rose Red seam binding ribbon, love that ribbon. Color Inspiration Challenge

This was the picture and colors we were given for a color inspiration challenge over at Crafting for All Seasons this week. I decided to do a floral birthday card, I used the new Secret Garden Set from Stampin UP along with the the framelits that go with it as well as the Itty Bitty stamp set and punch for the centers. The greeting is from on your birthday set that is retired. Anyway a fun challenge.  I've used the colors, So Saffron, Calypso Coral, Chocolate Chip and Pool Party.
